Design and operation

Crane consists of disc assemblies and components:
- Case 8 inserted into the midst of the gate node of the ceramic and two fixed nodes secondary seals inscribed push nut 6 and planted outside the control unit; 8 in the housing axis symmetrically filled two sector groove withinwhich turn screws 11 crane control unit 6;
- Ceramic shutter assembly consisting of stationary ring 3, the movable disk 1 and a fixed platen 2 with two shaped apertures for the passage of the working medium; Disc 1 is in splined connection with the housing 8 by means of two teeth formed on the end surface of the disc 1;

- Two fixed nodes of the secondary seal, which consist of sealing rings 7 arranged at stationary parts of conical sockets shutter 4 and washers pressing the wavy spring 5;
- A control unit crane, which consists of a holder 10 screwed into it, and to lock the movable disk in the grooves 2 of the two screws 11 and 10 screwed in the holder the handle 9.
Regulation of the working fluid flow by turning the knob 9, which transmits rotation of the cage 10, and from it by means of screws 11 movable disk 2, which leads to a change in the flow cross section of the crane.
